Important Information Regarding Court Reporters/Stenographers
You will need to obtain a court reporter/stenographer. We do not provide court reporting services. Instantly Deliverable Depositions * Instantly Deliverable Video provides you a copy of the deponent's video for immediate playback and strategic planning. Available for depositions under 2 hours in length. Longer depositions will depend on videographers schedule. All unedited copies of your depositions are available for download from our secure file sharing service within 48 hours. |

A: Yes, and single-camera videos can be improved through proper editing as well.
Q: How long does set-up for multi-camera videography take?
A: We arrive 30-45 minutes ahead of your scheduled deposition for set-up. Please plan to meet our videographer.
Q: How many videographers does Firm Footage provide for a multi-camera deposition?
A: For 2 or 3 camera depositions there will be two videographers present. For single-camera depositions there may be one videographer.
Q: We are new to multi-camera depositions. Is Firm Footage available to consult with us regarding the use of multiple cameras, clip selection, and the editing process?
A: Absolutely. Please schedule a meeting so we can answer all your questions.
Q: How much room space is needed for multi-camera depositions?
A: A conference room is best when possible but almost any space will work provided there is room for two tripods and two videographers.
Q: How is my video transferred to me instantly?
A: We provide you with a thumb drive and a time-stamped video of the deponent. Please allow 15 minutes for transfer and disassembly of equipment. Please note that longer deposition video may not be available instantly.
